Along the Berlin Wall, in recent decades, has become a place of life, a lifeline for nature. Increasingly, the habitat of native and exotic animal species is also shifting to the inner city. How have these co-inhabitants between the Wall strip and the Zion Church adapted to life in the big city? This and already visible signs of climate change and its effects on animals, plants and people are referred to in urban ecology tours. Discussions will focus on a joint search for traces of the unforeseen consequences of the political turnaround in 1989 for nature, the environment and people.
